At Pink Lion India, all orders are carefully processed and quality-checked before dispatch.
Orders are processed on working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary based on availability, location, courier serviceability, festive periods, or other operational factors. Any delivery date shared is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Tracking details may be shared once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact details are correct before placing the order, as address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, holidays, regional restrictions, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist with genuine delivery concerns wherever possible.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend recording a continuous unboxing video, as it may be required to verify claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance. Any customs duty, import tax, or local charges will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
